We have a small plot at Candlestick Point State Park in the community garden there... In early May I put up a photo of the garden shortly after we finished planting. Here's where it is now, on Independence Day weekend. We're almost done harvesting the peas; the green beans are climbing up through the drying pea vines (getting the most out of a tiny plot of land); we started harvesting the cucumbers today; other take-aways include chives, oregano, broccoli, mint, 2 kinds of basil, thyme, more snap peas, sage and (last week) our first tomato. Corn will be coming soon, along with the carrots and loads of tomatoes.
